Gaillardia -Oranges & Lemons
The Blanket Flower 'Oranges and Lemons', 'Gaillardia x grandiflora 'Oranges & Lemons' USPP', is extremely eye catching in any perennial garden. 'Oranges and Lemons' is a huge improvement to the common Gaillardia, with a plant height of 24" and a spread of 18-24". It has as many as 75 flowers that open at a single time. The beautiful bright tangerine petals are tipped in yellow and surround its orange and yellow central cone. Plant Gaillardia in full sun in a well drained area. Deer and rabbits tend to avoid this particular Gaillardia. 'Oranges and Lemons' can be used in borders, containers or use as cut flowers. Protected by Plant Breeder's Rights - propagation prohibited.
