The Astilbe æRheinlandİ, Astilbe japonica, has wonderful clear pink flowers with mid green foliage changing to green in the spring. The flowers contrast wonderfully with the glossy foliage. Astilbe æRheinlandİ blooms in mid summer and is 24ö tall and a plant width of 18ö. Do not allow Astilbe æRheinlandİ to dry out. Astilbe can be used as cut flowers, perennial borders or shade gardens with Hostaİs and Ferns. Astilbe is considered to be deer resistant and will attract hummingbirds.
